Endra participates in ONS 2022 – We are looking forward to this
August 29 – September 1, ONS 2022 kicks off in Stavanger. Endra will be displayed in a separate Solar Energy Industry Lounge.
– We are looking forward to this. It is nice to make our new company visible, says leader of Endra Kristian Gautesen.
Well attended
ONS (Offshore Northern Seas), a Norwegian non-profit foundation, is one of the world’s largest meeting places for the international energy industry. The event ONS is organized by the ONS Foundation and held in August, every other year in Stavanger.
The event consists of an exhibition, a conference – and new in 2022, a major debate program and networking event in Stavanger city center.
ONS 2018 had 68,174 visitors from over 98 different countries, and everything indicates that the number of visitors will be at least as good this year.
Focus on solar energy
Also new this year is a separate “Solar Energy Industry Lounge”, and Endra will be present.
– In this way, ONS 2022 puts solar energy higher on the agenda than before and has its own Solar Energy Industry Lodge. There are five companies, Norsk Solar, Ocean Sun, European Energy, Endra and Solenergiklyngen, which will participate in a joint stand, Gautesen says.
He sees it as very positive that solar energy gets so much attention during this year’s ONS.
– For us at Endra, it is important to be made visible in the industry. This is a platform for us to meet players who are investing in this market, he says, and emphasizes how important establishments like Endra are for the future.
– The planned electrification will result in an increased demand for electricity in the near future, and solar energy is part of the important change to sustainable electricity production. This will really have an impact on the climate accounts of our customers and on our own, concludes Kristian Gautesen.
