Nagbøl Solar Park

Nagbøl Solar Park, located south of Lunderskov in Kolding Municipality, Denmark, will have an installed capacity of 54 MWp and is expected to generate approximately 62 GWh annually. This corresponds to the electricity consumption of around 15,000 Danish households.

In September 2025, Endra acquired a majority stake in Solcellepark Kroghøj from Ænergy, with Jysk Energi and KP Sol & Vind remaining as co-owners. This established the foundation for an expanded partnership and continued collaboration on the realization of Nagbøl Solar Park.

In 2026, Endra entered into an agreement to acquire an 80% ownership share in Nagbøl Solar Park at commercial operation date (COD). Ænergy has developed the project and will be responsible for construction. Construction is expected to commence in April 2026, with planned completion in spring 2027.

Integrating Large-Scale battery Storage

The project includes a 36 MW / 72 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) to be installed on site. The battery will enable storage of solar energy and delivery of electricity during periods of high demand, as well as provide ancillary services to strengthen and stabilize the power grid.

The solar park will be built using state-of-the-art tracker technology. Several adaptations have been made to ensure strong local engagement, and the partners are open to inviting local stakeholders to participate in the ownership structure.
