Sustainability is at the core of everything we do at Endra. Our goal is to reduce carbon emissions, promote responsible land use, and foster biodiversity in every project we undertake. Through transparent engagement with stakeholders and careful environmental planning, we ensure that our solar farms not only contribute to clean energy but also to the long-term health of the ecosystems and communities where they are located.
Environmental impact
- CO₂ reduction: Our projects help reduce reliance on fossil fuels and contribute to Norway’s climate goals.
- Biodiversity: We work closely with environmental experts to minimize the impact of our solar parks on local wildlife and natural habitats.
HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) - our top priority!
Endra AS is part of the Haugaland Kraft group and follows the group’s HSE initiatives.
At Haugaland Kraft, safety is of utmost importance, and our overarching goal is to create a secure work environment with a zero-tolerance approach to workplace injuries.
Our employees are our most valuable resource, and we all perform best when we’re well. It shall be safe to work with us, and everyone should return home from work safely. We will never compromise on safety, well-being or sustainability in our actions.
No task is so important that it’s worth risking our health!
The Norwegian Transparency Act
The Norwegian Transparency Act (Åpenhetsloven), effective from 1 July 2022, requires large companies in Norway to conduct due diligence assessments and be transparent about how they respect human rights and ensure decent working conditions across their operations and supply chains.
For us, this is not only a legal requirement but also an important framework that supports our ongoing work to promote ethical standards and manage risks in our supply chains.
